What is Realm ID?
Realm ID is an application that allows you to capture your own information against your profile almost like a digital fingerprint of your own personal or company information. You own your own data, manage it and control it, giving you ownership and control of your digital identity.
What can I do with my Realm Digital ID
You are able to upload and store your own documents against your profile. In the very near future these documents and selected information against your profile can be shared directly from the application. You choose what to share with whom and for how long. RealSign is a signature tool that is built within the application meaning you can sign any documents electronically.
What is Realm Digital ID for Peresoft?
Your current client ID that resides directly in Peresoft Cashbook within the Sage 300 ERP environment will be “connected” to your Realm Digital ID. Once the link has been established editing and updating of your client ID can only be performed by you the new Realm Digital ID owner. This means if you need to change banking details or your address this is only ever done in Realm ID giving you ownership of your own data.
So how does the connection between Realm Digital ID and Peresoft work?
When a payment is loaded within Peresoft cashbook a validation check is done against the Realm ID to ensure the profile information and banking details match. A further match is done when the batch processing is triggered. Any failed matches trigger a notification to the Digital ID owner. The transaction will remain in pending state until resolved, once resolved the transaction will be reprocessed.
